This is the recap post. This is how the recap post is supposed to go. This is what I would normally do with it. It took me 3 hrs to go through pics and even longer for video. I'll dive into the video later. This is what a check list for this whole "ordeal" looks like. 🙄
- Figure out what photos you want to post.(this takes forever)
- Figure out the videos you want to post.(come to find out I'm bad at video management)
- Make some long post about how last year was amazing and I had some crazy opportunities.
- Reinforce the fact that I love my family, they are first, and make sure to include them in said post.
In all of this I found some solid resolutions regarding work. This are things that I need to resolve. Important things. Stop taking some many photos. I spent years learning to cull down images. Last year I just used the idea of shooting to the fullest. I need to post all video! If I shoot video I need to do something with it. It's far too expensive to store and not use .
It should be said I narrowed down the images to 110. One hundred and ten images in one single post. Could you imagine that nonsense. Nope no way no how. After looking at the images, however, I did notice a few things. Things that I really want to work on. That is kind of what I want to talk about. Is this a recap, it could be. Who knows because I'm not really sure any more.
I did this kind of shot a lot this year. Happy accidents because I would do a deliberate double exposure but this would happen after I would forget to turn off that feature. I want to work on perfecting this awesome sauce! Here's a couple of more images!
LEARN TO USE THE DARKNESS!
LEARN TO USE THE DARKNESS
This is a bit more general. I need to get back to not boosting shadows and learning to let the light that is there work for me. It has wrecked my image quality at moments and it helps to achieve the look I love more anyways. It also helps me to make lasers and production work to my advantage. Here's some images.
It's probably best that I break this down into a few post huh.....
